Join Haus at Fulton & Fifth for an evening exploring the government’s Your First Home scheme and what it could mean for you.
Your First Home could help eligible first-time buyers purchase a new-build home with a deposit from just 2.5%. It combines your deposit and mortgage with a 20% government equity loan.
The scheme is aimed at eligible first-time buyers with a total annual household income of £140,000 or less within London, or £110,000 or less outside London.
Jamie Lester will lead the evening, explaining the scheme before you explore the show apartments and tour the amenities.
Applications are expected to open in February 2027. Eligibility, affordability checks, property price caps and developer participation apply. The equity loan must be repaid, with the amount linked to your home’s value. Read the scheme guidance (opens in a new tab).
